Chairman of the Smart Cities Council and Co-Founder of SGCC, Jesse Berst, discussed the marriage of smart grids and smart cities and what this convergence will mean for utilities and customers. SGCC named Fort Collins Utilities, Illinois Citizens Utility Board and Whisker Labs as winners of the 2017 CLEAR Awards, which honor energy-focused organizations for their excellence in customer outreach and engagement.
